Fitted with complementing dark brown Hirsch Louisiana Alligator strap with matching original Rolex gold-filled buckle. Very rare piece. Case 9ct yellow gold case in very fine, original condition. Both front bezel and rear cover screw down correctly and tightly. Original Rolex 'Oyster Patent' screw-down winding crown is also in excellent condition with good threads on both case and crown itself. Case dimensions are 32mm in diameter (not including crown, 36 including), 9.5mm thick and 39mm lug to lug. Dial & Crystal Beautiful, origianl white dial with applied gold numbers and outer minute track. Dial is signed 'Rolex Oyster' with 'Swiss Made' at 6 o'clock and the watch also retains its original blued steel hands. Unusually, this watch has a centre-seconds hand. Most 1930's cushion Oyster's have sub-seconds movements. The crystal is a standard Plexiglas/acrylic type and is brand new. Bracelet/Strap Hand-made Hirsch Artisanal strap finished in brown with complementing original Rolex gold-filled buckle. This strap has been custom made for this watch and fits perfectly.
