#51255 - Rolex Rectangular Oyster Cushion in 9ct Yellow Gold With Original Porcelain White Dial & Black Louisiana Alligator Strap Year: 1933 Price: SOLD Shipping (Within UK): £7.50 Shipping (Worldwide): £12 Description Rolex 9ct rectangular Oyster 'Cushion' in very fine condition with beautiful original Porcelain dial and fitted with complementing black Hirsch Louisiana Alligator strap with matching gold-filled buckle. Very rare piece. Case 9ct yellow gold case in very fine, original condition. Both front bezel and rear cover screw down correctly and tightly. Original 'Oyster Patent' screw-down winding crown is also excellent with good threads on both case and crown itself. Original dust-cap is still present underneath the rear cover (as seen in images). Case dimensions are 32mm in diameter (not including crown, 36 including), 9.5mm thick and 39mm lug to lug. Dial & Crystal Unusually this rare piece has retained its original dial which is almost flawless and its original blued-steel hands. There are no hairlines or marks anywhere on the dial save for a small chip on the outer edge (at the 53 minute marker) that is almost completely obscured by the inner bezel. The crystal is a standard Plexiglas/acrylic type and is brand new. Bracelet/Strap Hand-made Hirsch Artisanal strap finished in black with complementing gold-filled buckle. This strap has been custom made for this watch and fits perfectly.
