#51054 - Rolex Stainless Steel Oyster Viceroy With 'Quartered' Or 'Bow-Tie' Dial & Black Calf Leather Strap Year: 1941 Price: SOLD Shipping (Within UK): £7.50 Shipping (Worldwide): £15 Description Gentleman's stainless steel Oyster Viceroy in very fine condition with refinished metallic 'Quartered' or 'Bow-Tie' dial and black calf leather strap. Case Highly polished, stainless steel case is in very fine condition. Still bears serial number and model number on rear cover. Some slight damage to the toothed edge on rear cover. Case dimensions are 29mm in diameter (not including crown), 10mm thick and 38.5mm lug to lug. Dial & Crystal Sub-seconds dial has recently been refinished back to original factory printing with luminous Arabic numbers. This style of dial is often referred to as 'Quartered' or 'Bow-Tie'. Dial is signed 'Rolex Oyster Viceroy' with 'Swiss Made' at 6 o'clock. Original blued steel hands are in excellent condition. Crystal is a new replacement and is brand new. Bracelet/Strap Brand new, supple calf leather strap in black with complementing stainless steel buckle. We are also Hirsch stockists and can change the strap to any from their 'Classic' machine made range, or 'artisanal' range of superb hand-made straps if you desire (subject to cost).
