Description

Very rare mid-size Jaeger LeCoultre watch in 18K pink gold with beautifully re-finished white dial and complementing burgundy leather strap. Very pretty watch.

Case

Very unusual to find quality ladies or mid-size vintage watches at the best of times but for this one to be such a pretty example in solid 18K pink gold makes it very rare and special indeed. The case is in excellent condition with an inscription on the rear that reads "My Own Darling, Lovingly Noggie, Dec 1952" along with the case serial number: 361070. Fully hallmarked inside for 18K along with a slightly faded exterior hallmark on the side of the case at 3 o'clock.

Dimensions are 29mm in diameter (not including crown), 8.5mm thick and 35.5mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Beautifully re-finished white dial is also in lovely condition with applied gold 'dagger' type hour markers and numbes at 12, 3, 6 & 9 o'clock along with matching 'dauphine' type gold hands for the hours and minutes with contrasting, blued steel centre seconds hand. Dial is signed 'Jaeger LeCoultre with 'Swiss Made' at 6 o'clock.

Crystal is standard acrylic/Plexiglas type and is brand new (was replaced at recent service).

Bracelet/Strap

We have fitted a brand new calf leather strap finished in burgundy which we feel suits the watch's pink gold case perfectly.

We are Hirsch stockists and can change the strap to any from their 'Classic' machine made range, or 'artisanal' range of superb hand-made straps if you desire (subject to cost). Please contact us for further details.

Movement

Calibre 475, manual winding movement in excellent all original condition and keeping superb time. 12 months warranty.
