#10517 - Omega Signed Solid Silver Open Faced Pocket Watch With White Porcelain Enamel Dial Year: 1920 Price: SOLD Shipping (Within UK): £7.50 Shipping (Worldwide): £15 Description Omega signed, solid silver pocket watch in very fine condition - almost 'new/old stock'. Dial signed by retailing jeweller 'G & T Young, Wellington, New Zealand'. A superb example. Case Solid silver case is in very fine condition, carries hallmarks for fine silver and is signed 'Omega'. Case is double-hinged and has winding stem at 12 o'clock with firm bow and gilt crown. Case dimensions are 48mm in diameter, 68.5 including stem/crown and 16mm thick. Dial & Crystal Porcelain enamel dial in mint condition with no chips, hairlines or other imperfections. Dial has black Roman Numeral hour marks and subsidiary seconds dial. Original blued steel hands are also in mint condition. Dial is signed 'G & T Young, Dunedin & Wellington' and 'Swiss Made'. Crystal is a brand new acrylic replacement. Movement High quality, frosted gilt 15 jewel lever movement is unsigned but bears similarities to Omega movements of the period. The movement has just been serviced and is in very good working order.
